KAMAO STAR CHANTAL VIDELA GEARS UP FOR ANOTHER PRIME VIDEO SERIES “HONOR THY MOTHER”

Chantal Videla continues to make waves as she gears up for another major television project, joining the powerhouse cast of “Honor Thy Mother,” an upcoming series set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video.

The highly anticipated series stars Sharon Cuneta as a powerful CEO and Barbie Forteza as her estranged daughter, alongside acclaimed actors John Estrada and Khalil Ramos. Completing the stellar ensemble are Mercedes Cabral, Tonton Gutierrez, RK Bagatsing, along with Chantal Videla, Shania Gomez, and Kayla Davies.

Directed by Onat Diaz and Dolly Dulu, “Honor Thy Mother” marks a groundbreaking collaboration between ABS-CBN Corporation and GMA Network in partnership with Prime Video, produced by Dreamscape Entertainment.

The 14-episode drama centers on a successful CEO and her estranged daughter, whose lives take a dangerous turn when they become entangled in a deadly corporate conspiracy. As they fight to uncover the truth, they must face their painful past, rebuild trust, and discover the meaning of family, redemption, and second chances.

Following her remarkable breakthrough in “Kamao,” Chantal Videla continues to prove her versatility and rising star power, taking on another significant role in a high-profile production that brings together some of the biggest names in Philippine entertainment.

“Honor Thy Mother” premieres on Amazon Prime Video on September 11, 2026, with 14 episodes.
