KAYLA DAVIES TAKES A GIANT LEAP! FROM “HOUSE OF LIES” BREAKTHROUGH TO STAR-STUDDED “HONOR THY MOTHER”

Rising Kapuso Actress Kayla Davies continues to make her mark in the entertainment industry as she takes a giant leap following her breakthrough appearance in the hit TV drama series “House of Lies.”

Before this exciting new milestone, Kayla steadily built her acting experience through various projects, including being part of Regal Studio’s films “The Grand Getaway” and “Daughter of the Groom,” further strengthening her presence as a promising talent in the local entertainment scene.

Now, Kayla enters another major chapter in her career as she becomes part of the cast of the highly anticipated drama series “Honor Thy Mother,” which is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 11, 2026. The series will consist of 14 episodes, bringing audiences a gripping story filled with emotional depth, family conflicts, and compelling performances.

Kayla joins a powerhouse ensemble featuring Mega Star Sharon Cuneta and Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza, alongside John Estrada, Khalil Ramos, Mercedes Cabral, Tonton Gutierrez, RK Bagatsing, Chantal Videla, and Shania Gomez.

Directed by Onat Diaz and Dolly Dulu, “Honor Thy Mother” marks a significant collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA, bringing together acclaimed artists from different generations for a powerful drama experience.
